 Troop 7 Patrols

Overview
Each scout that is a member of Troop 7 is part of a patrol.
The patrol is the basis from which leadership begins.
Each patrol has a Patrol Leader that is elected by the members of that
patrol.
Patrol Leaders are trained by the ASPL in charge of Patrols.
